1) Download the Missing File:: You can download the binkw32.dll from here . After downloading,extract it to the game root directory. OR you can also extract it to WIndows>system 32 Folder.
If the error still arises,uninstall the programme and reinstall the programme.This might work if the error is temporary.
2) Try to install the latest update,patch or crack of the programme.
3) Update your graphic card.
