1.open control panel>folder options>view>show hidden folders and drives
2.tick the show hidden folders and drives if it is not
2.then open my computer>local disc(c)>users>yourname>appdata>local>google>chrome>userdata>pepperflash>11.6.602.147>pepflashplayer.dll
3.then rename the pepflashplayer.dll to oldpepflashplayer.dll
4.now type chrome://plugins in search box and disable pepflashplayer.dll
